📅Confirming Your Day

  • Confirm your availability before 6:00 PM the day before.
  • Confirming after 6:00 PM may not count toward your attendance — last minute changes mess up the schedule for everyone.
  • The bar manager has final say on borderline cases.

⏱️What Counts As Attendance

  • A confirmed workday is 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM. Show up, stay the full shift, get the credit.
  • A workday counts even if you have no booking — being here is what matters.
  • Leaving before 1:00 AM means the day is cancelled from your count.
  • If the bar closes early by management decision, the full day still counts — you're not penalized for that.

💰Sales Bonuses

  • Hit $10,000+ in monthly sales and earn a $400 cash bonus.
  • Hit $5,000+ in monthly sales and earn a $150 cash bonus.
  • Sales are recorded by the manager at the end of each shift.
  • Sales bonuses stack with Clock-In Champion bonuses — you can win in both.
🎉 Payout day: Cash bonuses are handed out in the first week of each month for the previous month's results.
